    a) sending us messages by e-mail;

    c) signing up for an individual session;
    d) placing orders in the online store on this website;
    e) posting reviews about products;
    f) speaking during meetings and webinars.

  2. We may also obtain your data indirectly, from:

  • Data collected automatically when you visit the Website (IP address, browser type, device information, date/time of visit, pages viewed, etc.).

  3. For individual sessions, which may occur regularly, data is stored indefinitely or until you request deletion.

  4. For ordered Products (e.g., online courses or ebooks), data is stored indefinitely or until you request deletion.

  5. For newsletter or informational e-mail subscriptions, data is stored indefinitely or until you request deletion.

  6. For webinar participants who speak during the event, the recording containing their voice is stored indefinitely.

  7. For online store orders, your data is stored for at least 5 years for accounting purposes.


§6: Data Sharing and International Transfers

  1. Software provider (wordpress.org);

  2. Hosting provider (lh.pl)

  3. Online invoicing system provider: Fakturownia Spółka z o.o. (fakturownia.pl);

  4. Stripe, Inc., intermediary for credit or debit card payments;

  5. My employee responsible for processing orders and handling complaints

  6. My accountant;

  7. Other entities providing software, data storage, analytics, newsletter tools, encryption, or hosting services, as well as other institutions that require data transfer for legal compliance.

  1. All third parties are bound by data protection agreements ensuring GDPR compliance.
    Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless adequate protection is ensured (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

    Your data is further secured through tokenization, which replaces card data with temporary, useless tokens that are then encrypted at the application and infrastructure levels by Stripe, Inc., our payment provider. Card data is not stored on our servers.
