Let’s Make October a Month of Returning to Feeling!
Join us in practising, reconnecting with ourselves, and celebrating together. 🌞
This October, the School of Conscious Living invites you to join us in a special month dedicated to returning to feeling — reconnecting with our bodies, opening ourselves to what we feel, and rediscovering the joy of being fully present in life.
The idea was born at the School of Conscious Living, but this initiative belongs to everyone. Wherever you are and whatever your experience, you are warmly invited to take part in your own way.
Let’s make this a month of deeper connection with ourselves, with one another, and with life itself.
We dedicate this month to a deep return to ourselves through:
- Deepening our own personal practice
- Inviting everyone who feels called to join the practice and celebration
- Sharing our experiences of returning to feeling through videos, posts, and recordings
- Organising open in-person gatherings and webinars
- Sharing resources that support the return to feeling
- Encouraging others to take part in the practice and celebration in their own way
Why return to feeling at all?
Because this is the only way we can live consciously and experience life to the fullest. 🌞
How do we begin returning to feeling?
By becoming aware of our own unawareness. In other words, by recognising that we have been living as if in a dream — in our heads, immersed in our own thoughts — and that we can now awaken to a conscious connection with our bodies and the feelings we experience within them. 🧘♀️
How can you join the practice and celebration? 🕺
- Start with your breath. Observe your body and the sensations you experience within it.
- Follow us on Facebook, where we will regularly share resources throughout October to support your return to feeling.
- If you are near Warsaw, join us on October 17, 2026, for an open in-person gathering in Warsaw, where you can practise and celebrate with us returning to feeeling.
- Take advantage of a special discount on the Embrace & Let Go course, available until the end of October.
